Responsibilities:
- Contribute in all phases of the software development life-cycle
- Develop and deploy new modules, including design of database schema, in the core product software
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of software development experience in PHP
- Exposure to MVC frameworks
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and running complex queries
- Knowledge of design patterns, composition and object-oriented development
- Working knowledge of version control tools and of developing web services
Desired Skills :
- Experience in LAMP stack is strongly desired
- Android-based mobile application development experience
- Ability to write JS/HTML/CSS
- Experience in banking domain is an advantage
- Solid understanding of fundamental software engineering concepts
