- Required to support and enhance the TroubleShooter-NMT suite of tools :
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Perl, UNIX/Linux, PHP, MySQL, MS SQL Server, SSH keys
- Networking concepts: TFTPboot, SNMP, Syslog/Traplog, Ping, Traceroute, show run, network alarms, DNS, VURL
- Other useful applications and tools: Smarts, Apache, MCAP
