Job Description:
- Provide strategic and tactical planning for software development within an Agile process.
- Coordinate with management, other stakeholders and users, to determine ongoing system requirements and best practice USX.
- Develop wireframes, document controls, and processes, etc., to assist the development team as required.
- Develop, maintain and establish the operational procedures for information systems processing.
- Analyze business and software needs to improve program designs, code efficiencies and establish development priorities.
- Maintain all computer systems and data integrity on AWS development and production servers.
- Evaluate existing technology, information systems, research new solutions, and technologies and recommend changes.
- Responsible for development, evaluation, coordination, and management of enterprise resource planning for the company.
- Responsible for critical issue resolution within IT systems.
- Is the principal project manager for system resource acquisition, and all system conversions and modifications.
- Manages relationships with AWS support and ongoing reporting of critical infrastructure including maintaining logs, identifying critical system risks, documenting system errors or defects, etc.
- Is the primary contact to software, hardware, and ERP-related vendors, consultants, and partners.
- Reports directly to the Heads of Departments and Management.
- Maintain systems and processes to ISO 27001 Standards and ensures compliance to the standard. Undertakes company audits to the standard as required.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :
- Min 4 years experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Highly self-motivated and hardworking with excellent communication skills. Excellent English verbal and written proficiency is essential.
Qualification :
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (experience with PHP preferred).
- Understanding & experience in Systems Admin and business hardware more generally.
- Experience is AWS environment preferred.
