Job Description :
Turing.com is looking for a PHP/Laravel Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing analytics start-up based in the US. The developer will be responsible for maintaining and performing upgrades for the company's website that aims to offer better software development with deeper insights.
The company is focused on developing techniques to reliably measure and interpret code. The selected candidate will join a diverse, international workforce in building out the required software solutions. It counts Aon Hewitt, Byte Dance, DiDi, and Blockstack as some of its high-profile customers. It is a full-time role that requires a time overlap with US time zones.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain and perform basic upgrades on the website
- Modify interfaces, content, and databases
- Focus on performing usability improvements, bug-fixes, maintenance, and several light-weight new feature developments
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with Laravel, PHP, documenting upgrades and issues
- Experience developing and maintaining web applications
- Experience making revisions and refinements to user interface components
- Experience deploying software into AWS environments
- Comfortable with GitLab as a project management solution
- Fluency in English communication
- Experience working with Vue 2.6, MySQL 5.7, and above
- Experience in Bootstrap v4, Docker Composer, and jQuery 3.5
- Working knowledge of AWS: SDK v3 and S3
