With over 14 years of experience in Health Insurance in India. Jayan has led the Product and Digital divisions at Apollo Munich. Prior to it he led the Health and traditional Product Development at ICICI Prudential.
Responsibilities:
- Leading overall development for Vital
- Manage both web and mobile channels
- Recruit and build a team of rockstar engineers
- 70% of the time will be spent in development and 30% on code reviews and management
Requirements :
- 10+ years in application development using Java, Python or PhP
- Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Must have managed a small team of engineers
- Experience in a good product company
- Undergrad CS degree from NIT, IIIT
