Job Title: Senior Unit Manager - CMS Development & Delivery
Location : Pune
Duties and Responsibilities
Technology Depth and Understanding :
- Hands-on experience as a tech lead and developer for headless CMS and integrations with front-end including mobile apps and websites/portals
- Good understanding of production architecture and proficiency in CMS design and code, content and data deployments across multiple environments
- Proficient in using Personalization and DAM capabilities of the PIMCore CMS
- Desired experience in related infrastructure technologies for setting up projects and ensuring smooth operations
- Facilitate and lead technical/functional discussions internally and with partners
- Detailed code reviews, performance and security testing and solution approach discussions with partners
Project Management & Technology Operations :
- Tracking and monitoring of daily tasks for deliverables for projects
- Strong coordination with vendors for delivering tasks on time and with desired quality
- Create and setup processes both internally and with partners for ensuring project deliveries on time and with required quality
- Co-ordination with internal partner teams such as Marketing, Infra, Business and Infosec to streamline deliveries for project specific tasks
- Continuously enhancing the perpetual state of beta for deliveries through active product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of development and managed services projects lifecycles and processes
Partner and stakeholder management :
- Create, enhance and update the task delivery plans in accordance with the internal and vendor team's accountabilities
- Monitoring and reporting of project status, dependencies and risk for partners to all stakeholders on a continuous basis
- Manage internal and external escalations and mitigation plans for all deliveries
- Good communication skills and ability to quickly grasp concepts and drive with agility as independent developer. Self-start for initiatives is key

Required Qualifications and Exp:
- Graduate from a leading institute with minimum 3 to 6 years of experience having managed
Development and ongoing enhancements using PIMCore as the core system (BE. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech.).
- 3 to 6 yrs Exp
- Hands-on development and delivery of CMS / PIMCore platform aligned with digital properties
- Strong experience in technical design and hands-on background in CMS development and deployment using technologies such as PIMCore, Mongo DB, API integration, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, PHP 7, MySQL etc.
- Setting-up, configuration and development of features including DAM and Personalization using the PIMCore CMS platform
- Demonstrate knowledge of product/platform features and ability to conceptualize, design, build, and develop new features or services from concept through to production and ongoing enhancements
- Manage day-to-day deliverables by the vendor team and provide technical & techno-functional mentoring to the team
- Regular code reviews, development, configuration and testing of platform to deliver business outcomes with a keen focus on scalability, performance and stability
