Responsibilities :
1. Managing a team of strong Java developers
2. Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way and maintaining the code base for our current game portfolio
3. Producing detailed specifications
4. Developing new features for our current game and be a part of creation architectures for our new gaming projects
5. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Skills Required :
a. 10+ Years of proven software development experience in PHP
b. 6+ Years leading team of server side developers
c. Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
d. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
e. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
f. Proficiency in programming for Linux
g. Experience of developing applications/products in a high-load environment
h. 5+ years of experience working in Agile development management systems
i. 3+ years leading an Agile development team
