Responsibilities :
1. Managing a team of strong PHP developers
2. Writing clean, fast PHP to a high standard, in a timely and scalable way and maintaining the code base for our current game portfolio
3. Producing detailed specifications
4. Developing new features for our current game and be a part of creation architectures for our new gaming projects
5. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
6. Follow industry best practices
7. Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
8. Ongoing support of high-load applications
9. Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the core product software and databases
Skills Required :
a. 10+ Years of proven software development experience in PHP
b. 6+ Years leading team of server side developers
c. Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
d. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
e. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
f. 5+ years of experience working in Agile development management systems
g. 3+ years leading an Agile development team
