- Dealshare is the fastest growing social commerce startup with presence in 20+ cities across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Our idea is to build an e-commerce platform for the masses, where the focus is to provide not just low prices and right assortment but also a fun-filled addictive shopping experience with vernacular browsing. Based on word of mouth virality, generated as a result of price value, ease of sharing and engaging shopping experience DealShare is delivering 25K+ orders everyday in our markets. Our platform is serving as a launchpad to boost regional/local brands and manufacturers by increasing their geographical footprint making them competitive in markets dominated by larger players.
- Dealshare is founded by ex-Microsoft/Myntra/Metro Cash & Carry - IIT/IIM alumni passionate about building an inclusive e-commerce platform relevant across all social stratum. In this endeavour, we are backed by some marquee investors like Matrix Partners, Falcon, and Omidyar. We plan to reach 100 cities by 2021 and for this goal, we are looking for equally passionate folks to join us.
Primary Responsibility :
- Responsible for application design, code development, testing and deployment and maintenance.
- Responsible for mentoring team in terms of daily task achievement.
- Review the code and suggest best methods of coding.
- Write well designed and optimized code.
- Contribute in all phases of development lifecycle.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and database to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Working with the team to produce complex and efficient methods and functionalities
Candidate Profile :
- Candidates should have hands-on experience on Nodejs (Express JS etc) and PHP framework like Yii2/Zend/Laraval, etc..
- Javascript knowledge and worked on JQuery/bootstrap etc..,
- Understanding of MVC Concepts
- MySQL (Must) - Should have expertise in writing SQL queries, joins, optimization etc
- Coding and Development. The desired candidate will be responsible for developing next generation web applications & software products
- Analyzing requirements, problems and solving them with the best solution
- Understanding about overall software cycle and scrum
- Experience working in Linux Environment
- REST API implementation. knowledge of json/xml
- Understanding caching and used on caching software.
- Worked with Continuous Integration (with Jenkins, any CI etc)
- Experience in AgileScrum Methodology is a plus.
- Should have experience working in Test-Driven Development projects
- Experience working on Nosql database like mongodb
- Knowledge of Solr/Elastic search
- Experience working on AWS environment like EC2, ELB, RDS etc..
