About the Position :
- Front-end Developers are responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application. In general, they are supported by back-end web developers, who are responsible for server-side application logic and integration of the work front-end developers do.
- We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Front-end Developer to join our team. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.

Front-end Developer duties and responsibilities :
- Use a variety of programming languages in order to create user-friendly web page.
- Work in multidisciplinary team with other professionals such as back-end developers and web designers
- Provide high-quality graphics and visual elements
- Optimize our web applications for maximum speed
- Always stay consistent with our brand guidelines
- Design mobile-based features. Get feedback from users and customers
- Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
- Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies
- Attend training and educations
Front-end Developer requirements and qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front-end Developer using JavaScript frameworks like Angular/ ReactJS/ VueJS.
- Good experience and knowledge of core concepts of Vanilla JS, HTML, CSS and jQuery.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques.
- Comfortable in Research and Development of new technologies.
- Good experience in performance optimization.
- Knowledge of some SEO principles.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- B.Tech/MCA or similar relevant field.
Good to Have :
- Good Understanding of HAML & Ruby to collaborate with backend team
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Web design experience.
- Background of a Product based organization.
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Bulma, Vuetify
- Understanding of SEO and accessibility issues and how they relate to development
- Good Understanding of writing module test cases in Jest/ Mocha + Chai
- Good knowledge of any backend technologies like Node js, Golang, PHP.
