Summary : Seeking dedicated, competent and confident individuals to provide consultant services for an IT HVAC company to design, develop, test, train, implement, and support quality business application solutions.
- Analyze, design, develop, maintenance, implement, document, and support business applications for information systems as required. Assist with design specifications to meet business requirements. Responsible for research, design, development, quality testing, implementation, and support of application program. Require a basic understanding of operating systems logic, system performance, and supported programming languages.
- System analysis skills required for support of the application development process.
- Minimum five (5) years iSeries/As400 experience for the development life cycle.
- Minimum five (5) years of PHP experience for PHP development life cycle.
- Minimum five (5) years of works experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient knowledge with experience HTML/CSS/Javascript
- May meet with internal/external end-users to identify business requirements.
- Transpose/translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document business requirements and technical specifications to be presented for acceptance and/or approval.
- Design business application meeting the needs of defined business requirements.
- Develop business applications in the required application language to meet the needs of the business requirements.
- Design and document Test Plan to meet the needs of the business requirements.
- Write a business application in the required language to meet the business requirements.
- Thoroughly test business applications to ensure the elimination of erroneous logic and design flaws to ensure desired results.
- Ensure best performance instructions are used when designing and/or maintenance for business applications developed.
- Suggest appropriate change as required to ensure the integrity of the business application and environment.
- Prepare a detailed workflow diagram as requested.
- Obtain internal/external customer acceptance of business applications meeting the business requirements.
- Identify and execute the appropriate procedures for the promotion of business application to the production environment.
- Document newly developed business application and/or change to pre-existing business application.
