Role : Technical Project Manager
Location : Indore
Reporting to : Director
Eligibility : MCA, BE/ME B.Tech(CSE, IT)
Skill-Set :
- Must Have at least 3+ years of experience leading complex analytics engagements.
- Successfully led at least 3 enterprise level cross functional transformational programs with Agile methodology
- Proven expertise on project delivery through Agile methodology
- Technical expertise in the Cloud, AWS & Cloud background) and experience with Cloud/SaaS products
- Calculates team velocity, ensures visibility by graphically charting iteration progress, and applies strong facilitation skills, ensuring team is continuously adapting and improving their productivity
- Good project management skills (Scoping, Planning, Risk Management, and Execution).
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with broad range of business processes beyond those impacted project.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Work cross-functionally to capture product enhancement and serviceability requests.
- Maintains an excellent and conducive working relationship with the leaders in the organization and extends support wherever needed Document project progress and share with team members and stakeholders, up to Director Level in real time or written form.
- Define and articulate user-stories with the respective business units and leaders Adept with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Produce reports and dashboards as a measure of project success.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Archive and continually update JIRA status of each feedback capture.
- Schedule & Conduct weekly/bi-weekly cadence with stakeholders to ensure smooth orchestration of feedback loop process.
- Identify and report risks, issues, and overall progress.
- Capture meeting notes, actions items and actively assign them to right stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships
Technical Skill Set :
- Scripting language required PHP,CI, and management of Mongo/MySQL Database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5 to 6 years of providing Technical Support for Cloud Based products or solutions Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience in using case management tools such as, Salesforce, Jira and Rally Capable of quickly adjusting priorities based on business needs and priorities Experience with MS Office Suite and Smartsheet.
