Information Technology
The person is responsible for the overall IT of the Company including understanding the customer requirements, designing the software based on the customer requirements, development and testing of the new software, and making changes to existing software.
Preferred with at least 7+ years of experience in the same or similar industry, minimum of a graduate, excellent communication skills. Experience in Java, PHP, MS ACCESS, EXCEL Macros, Microsoft SQL, Windows Server Management is a must. Good exposure to Microsoft Tools such as Word, and PowerPoint. Exposure to Microsoft Visio is an added advantage.
The person may be required to travel abroad and hence a valid passport is mandatory. There is a possibility of travel within the United States.
Primary Responsibility :
1. Design, Test, Implement, and support web-based tools for internal and external Customers to assist in their business processes
2. Design, Test, Implement, and support effective systems for managing Customer data and reporting
3. Design, Test, Implement, and support web-based products such as CFOR, SatisACTual, D-Entry etc.
4. Suggest necessary infrastructure changes as required by the business
5. Improve processes and products through technology advancement
6. Ensure performance and security of network, and other infrastructure
