- Working with the team to develop, test, and maintain standards of software quality by following coding/code commenting practices and standards set by their seniors/leaders.
- Should be self-organized.
- Make sure to commits only what she/he can deliver.
- Make sure to deal with a technical mentor in case of Database design and planning.
- Analyze and resolve software errors accurately on time and keep update to their seniors.
- All the Suggestions/Guidelines/Instructions should be followed which is provided by their mentors.
Project Execution/Management :
- Responsible for proper reporting and keep updates to project mentor.
- Make sure that work is done (progress done) on the current project is clear and can be evaluated at any time.
- Develop software programs and applications passing through all stages.

- Keep himself/herself updated about the latest best practices related to their Job Responsibilities.

Candidate Profile :
- Should have a background in software development and web technologies, academically and / or professionally.
- Should have experience in PHP development with a strong hand in Core PHP.
- Should have basic understanding of open source projects like Wordpress, etc.
- Should be having good experience with MySQL database, Database Management and SQL Queries
- Strong grasp in web development open source: CSS, XHTML, PHP5, MySql, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Willingness to work hard to achieve company's commitments.
- Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
- Passion for coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
- Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
- Must possess excellent communication, presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with senior level management.
Required Experience and Salary:
- 1.5 years - 2.5 Years
- 25,000 to 40,000 INR (Monthly basis) - No bar for deserving candidate
Qualifications:
- B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA or M. Sc (IT)
- Foreign Language will be considered as a plus point.
