Job Description :
Tools: WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the colour and font choices, and so on).
- Have 2+ years of experience designing and developing responsive websites and/or web applications from wireframes and mockups. Having a good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics is a plus.
- Have a decent understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and understand changes and their ramifications across platforms and browsers.
- Have the ability to customise WordPress Classes / functions / Layouts / Database, and have a strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
- Are comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. and code versioning tools such as Git
- Have the knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.
