Position : Full Stack Software Engineer
Location : Gurgaon
Education : B.Tech from a Tier 1 engg college
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
- In this role, you will work alongside other engineers as well as our outside partners to build various layers of the infrastructure for our AI solutions.
- You should have thorough knowledge in building both backend and frontend systems.
- You should also have a strong growth mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Chosen candidate will design and build an overall architecture of the software (usually web) applications.
- Identify areas of improvement in our frameworks, tools, processes and strive to make them better.
- Evaluate our success metrics and evolve our reporting systems.
- Should be fluent in both Front-end & Back-end languages.
- Build software infrastructure for machine learning, data exploration and analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to ensure design vision is maintained, final markup is standards compliant.
- Work closely with product management, product development & implementation teams to develop a strong understanding of the product and business objectives.
- Design, develop and test the creation and/or maintenance of web based applications.
- Design and develop internal tools to help our AI engineers and speed up their iterative design process.
- Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications.
- Maintain a high-quality code base.
- Candidate should have 0.5 - 4 years of full-stack application development with a variety of Languages including but not limited to Python and Java.
- Experience with general backend (Linux, Databases, Application servers).
- Experience with web technologies : PHP, Java, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS. A degree in CS is preferred from a Tier 1 engg college.
- Experience with big data systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Nifi, Storm, HDFS, NFS, Lustre, Presto, Hive, AWS Redshift, AWS Athena.
- Experience leading an engineering team.
- Experience with industrial data-driven/AI/Machine learning projects. Strong willingness to help junior engineers.
