Position : Tech Lead - AI/ML/ Full Stack
Location : Gurgaon
Education : B.Tech from a Tier 1 engg college
Experience : 4 - 6 years in AI/ Machine Learning/ Full Stack Development
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. This role is to understand, capture and map requirement of user as per input from BD.
- To get Module developed in line with requirement To lead a team of ML/ Full stack engineers to manage team performance.
- Serves as mentor to team members and enables them to develop their abilities, including identify issues through the monitoring of error queues, task assignments, customer communications and KPIs.
- To ensure that timely action is taken to resolve issues related to performance.
- To look for ways to improve processes, working with teams and functional leads to implement improvements.
- To work with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure design specifications are executed. Interact regularly with the leadership team regarding team performance, strategy, metrics and results. To ensure maintaining quality and turnaround time.
2. Candidate must be well-versed with these technologies :
- CSS, PHP, Java, JavaScript, XHTML, Hadoop, Spark, NIFI, Storm, HDFS, NFS, Lustre, Hive, Presto, AWS Redshift, AWS Athna, C++, Python on a Linux platform.
- You must have an engg degree from a Tier 1 institution with development experience of 4-6 years in AI/ Machine Learning/Full-Stack technologies.
