EXPERIENCE :
- Executive Leadership and Strategic Planning in Technology Solution Development, prioritizing Technology initiatives and coordinating the Evaluation, Development and integration of future technologies into Products and Services.
- Creating the IT strategy for B2B acquisition.
- Leading the Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Maintenance of Software solutions conjunction with the Product Management team, lead Multiple Technology and new product development projects utilising Cutting Edge Technology.
- Lead and create a team to achieve the goals.
- Creating Data compliant(like GDPR, HIPAA etc.) and secure products
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a CTO or CIO in an organisation is preferred.
- 10-15 years- experience in a Product Development leadership role in an enterprise level environment.
- Development and Implementation of Innovative Technology systems, including Web and Mobile enabled applications is essential.
- Experience of Managing outsourcing of Technology services is essential.
- Extensive Design and Development of software/product applications life cycles from Concept, Architecture Design, Development, QA to deployment.
- .NET or Java, PHP, AWS/Any cloud and SQL/NoSQL, API development, Angular etc
- Translating user expectations into product applications.
- Leading/creating one or multiple teams.
- Creating product architectures and data pipelines
- Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and best practices
- Good communicating skills and emotionally intelligent
- Open for challenges as they come along.
