The Job Role :
We are seeking Senior Software Developers with a background in PHP. Candidate will be responsible for the end to end management, teaming with the Business Analysts (stationed overseas) and lead all functions and areas of designers (stationed both overseas and in India), to design, build and implement solutions, as per group- s client's specifications. The incumbent will also play a key role in documenting these solutions and tracking delivery on projects to ensure they are delivered to specification requirements and within stipulated deadlines.
Essential skill required to demonstrate / desirable criteria:
- Possess strong core knowledge of PHP language and be proficient in developing solutions;
- Intensive experience with OO analysis and design;
- Experience with containerisation (e.g. Docker);
Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):
- Design and implementation of software components in accordance with the technical architecture
- Adherence to a SDLC
- Participate in technical reviews as required
- Management of development sprints
- Mentoring software developers in all technical aspects

- Enthusiasm about the customers' projects
- Able to think and develop efficient software solutions;
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communications and documentation skills;
- Have an ability to communicate through voice and web calls, requirement of which is critical;
Education and Experience :
- Experience: Minimum of seven to ten years, of which minimum of three years in the lead.
- Minimum Graduate in Computer Science from an institute of repute.
- IITians and Post Graduate in Computer Science would be given preference.
- Candidates currently working as Freelancers can also apply.
- Location of working: Delhi NCR (preferred) or from home (anywhere in India).

- Nature of Employment: Contractual for Six months - to be extended or made permanent based on performance.
