Job Title : Head of Technology

About the Role :
- We believe our business model has two main pillars Technology and quality and breadth of our offerings. As Head of Technology, you will be responsible for this main pillar.
- We are looking for 8-10 years of hands-on experience person who is as passionate about solving the problem as we are.
- The candidate needs to be fully hands-on while managing a small team of developers and QA that are already managing Pink N Blu.
Job Responsibilities : While below are a list of a few things we expect, we really believe in giving full autonomy to our team members :
- Manage feature delivery with on time in full principles while leading the team.
- Problem-solving on business and various offerings very closely with the founders.
- Build reliable & scalable technology both for front/back end to enable parents to enjoy the app.
- Understanding of Dev Ops and release management process.
- Building and growing the team.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
- Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
- Outline the goals for research and development for technology.
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Experience expected :
- 6-10 years of experience in B2C apps with complex offerings.
- PHP/Laravel/MongoDB.
- Experience in managing front end developers will be expected.
- Dev Ops management/Server management.
- Experience with personalization or machine learning will be an added advantage.
