Job Description :
- We are looking for a smart and capable Solutions Architect to join our team at Pattem Digital Technologies. You would be responsible to define and execute the technology architecture design, strategy, development and design meant for our internal products. You would also be working with our highly reputed client base on various products.
- You would be required to develop solutions based on cost, user needs. You are also responsible to integrate existing apps, platforms or systems. This would cover but not just limited to web or cloud-based or 3rd party software integration. Big data apps and artificial intelligence.
Know your work :
- A solution architect is the one who determines the scope of the project before developers begin working on the project. You are going to conduct research on existing configurations and systems.
- You are here to determine if you need any extra time and work to align your project with enterprise-level systems.
- You would also identify areas where you need to implement more solutions to remain successful.
- The solution architect should communicate with a team of developers, enterprise architects, stakeholders and project managers.
- Before any developer can start working on a project, any solution architect would use their knowledge on functional requirements as well as existing systems for developing project specifications.
- You, as a solution architect, would develop your test plans, schedules, documentation on analyst reports along with assembling documents while presenting project milestones and guidelines to different team members.
- As a solution architect, you might need to identify if there are any potential issues between client and system specifications. You would be asked to propose better solutions for the same.
- You are here to help build a customized solution.
What you need to apply :
- As an ideal candidate, you need to possess more than 7 years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in solution architecture.
- Domain experience of 5+ years is mandatory.
- You would need to possess presentation skills with your landmark communication skills that could sweep different internal and external organization members including IT Management, developers and executives of their cubicle.
- Experience working along with executive presence with a proven capability to lead and handle executive meetings as well as workshops.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle along with the development pipeline. (from planning to monitoring)
- Getting to know about continuous integration and deployment, cloud-native and chatOps.
- Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, etc) and waterfall methodologies.
- Stronger Ability to discuss workflows for different software development processes.
- Experience in different technologies such as iOS : Swift/Objective C, Android: Java, and/or Web: JavaScript + HTML5 along with front-end web development.
- High-energy self-starter with a zeal to excel in a robust and fast-growing startup.
- Excellent written, verbal as well as interpersonal communication skills.
Extra skills we count on :
- Previous work experience as a developer would be preferred highly.
- Real-time communications with WebRTC experience.
- Thorough knowledge of cross-platform development frameworks, such as ReactNative, Flutter.
- Possessing server-side development experience in PHP, Python, Node JS, and Ruby.
- Being an active member in GitHub or Stack overflow is highly appreciated and considered.
- Bachelor's degree in similar steams like computer science is mandatory.
