Position reports to CTO and approximate team size of 23-30 members
Description :
- As a manager, you- ll be responsible for managing a sizeable team of technology experts, who is engaged in digital technologies that include Web, Mobile, UI/UX, Open-source Technologies, JAVA, PHP, Microsoft technologies, Data Science & AI/ML etc.,
- The role requires you to have a strong blend of delivery,managerial and architectural capabilities to understand the technology and provide direction and guidance to the team.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support in RFP responses and pre sales solution support including resource planning, solution design and time estimates
- Manage multiple projects from inception to completion
- Manage multiple internal managers from various technical streams
- Ensure on time and on budget delivery which satisfies project requirements, while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
- Manage work intake, prioritisation and release timing; balancing demand and available resources. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs
- should handle India projects and delivering to international customers from Offshore
