Opportunity : We are seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to join our world-class engineering team building next-generation applications. We're looking for a passionate, creative engineer who is excited about solving world-class problems, ahead of the rest. This position will be reporting to the Director of Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Perform due diligence and ensure the solutions are aligned with Talview product and architecture by reviewing it with those teams.

2. Verify the solutions provided by the solutions architect are aligned with business requirements and applicable as per the global corporate standards.

3. Work closely with the implementation team developers, guide them on the technical solution approach finalized, conduct code review, and provide feedback.

4. Groom the implementation developers and identify the appropriate career paths for them.

5. Provide insights on how QA automation can be utilized for application & API testing. Adapt the same for implementation teams.

6. Serve as a single point of contact for vendor/partner solutions. Create service level agreements and monitor vendor performance.

7. Optimization of processes wherever required to reduce risk and create cost efficiencies.

8. Work closely with the DevOps team in critical production deployments of vendor/partner solutions.

9. Conduct validation on deployed functionality to ensure everything is working as expected immediately after production deployment.

10. Create release notes for all technical implementations and share them with product and engineering teams.

11. Provide guidance and support to product support desk and operations teams in terms of production issues and other solution related challenges they may face during customer engagement.

Skills Required :

1. 8+ years of developer experience in backend, frontend, cloud technologies, and ability to apply critical thinking in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

2. Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.

3. Developer/ Technical manager experience in backend & frontend technologies: NodeJs, Java, PHP, Angular/React/Ember, or the like.

4. Experience in designing and developing from scratch.

5. Most recent 2+ years of experience with services using at least one of Docker, Kubernetes, public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).

6. Most recent 2+ years of experience working in an Agile manner following the Sprint model or Squad - Chapter model.

7. Most recent 1+ years of experience managing a team of 4+ engineers (any combination of Dev & QA).

8. Must have experience in integrating with vendor systems via APIs (REST/GraphQL/SOAP).

9. Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide the team through the development cycle.

10. Must have expertise in cloud concepts related to monitoring, logging, alerting, deploying, and cost control.

11. Must have experience in software development processes like unit-testing, automation, logging level control, code quality, security audits, etc.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

3. Professional Certification AWS Certified Solution Architect credential is desired.
