About the Position :
Location : Delhi or Bengaluru
Role : Delivery Head/ Lead
Direct Reportees :
1. Head of Engineering: Responsible for R&D, engineering and architecture
2. Head of Technology: Responsible for entire technology development, integration, testing, and deployment
3. Head of Product: Responsible for product management, requirement gathering & definition, project management, and tech support
Key Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership and responsibility of technology, engineering and product functions of the organization
- Define product & technology vision, roadmap and strategy for the company
- Lead the functions and evangelize to achieve organization goals of growth, engagement, monetization, and financials
- Plan, recruit and manage the entire technology team
- Continuously innovate and adopt newer systems, frameworks, methods, and platforms that yield competitive advantage
- Build processes, systems, and controls to ensure time, quality, experience and cost parameters adherence
- Build data privacy, protection and security systems, compliant on global standards
- Build data analytics capabilities and leverage data to build strong moats
- Set-up, monitor & upgrade technology systems to ensure industry-leading performance on the below :

g) Manageability & maintainability

- Interoperability - Ensure our platform is inter-operable for all kinds of ed-tech systems and platforms
- Manage technology partners and vendors
- Ensure technology budget adherence
- Participate in planning and progress review of the organization
Desired Profile :
- BE/BTech/MS with 10+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of ed-tech SaaS and consumer network platforms
- In-depth hands-on knowledge of various tech stacks, methodologies, frameworks, components and cloud platforms
- Well versed with React Js, React Native, Angular Js, Node Js, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Firebase, Mongo DB, Python, Django, AI/ML, DevOps, AWS, OOPs concepts
- Experience in building agile, highly scalable, data-driven platforms from scratch
- Experience in managing enterprise-grade systems and architecture
- Self-starter with the ability to understand the customer and think strategically about business priorities
- Excellent collaboration, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
