- Proven experience in development team management and project management
- Understanding of projects in PHP, Deluge, Zoho etc.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Past experience working on projects in Zoho and other CRMs
- Translate client requirements to delivery team
- Manage day to day tasks of delivery team
Responsibilities -
- Understand client requirements for Zoho projects on calls or emails
- Prepare business requirement document and provide estimates to clients
- Lead, manage and train development team
- Troubleshoot, test and deliver projects to clients
