Key Responsibilities -
1. Build the product right from scratch and see through SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
2. Take responsibility and leadership to hire the developing team. Likewise review the performance of the team.
3. Introduce the product into the market and work towards newer versions of the product.
4. Introduce the organisation in various startup events and investor meets.
5. Be a core member of the team and lay down certain policies with respect to company, clients, customers.
6. Be completely aware of new technologies and if when required acquire the same.
7. Be fully aware of products available in the market.
8. Participate in making strategies as well as key decisions beneficial towards the growth of the company.
Eligibility and Skill set -
1. Should be a hardcore coder. Willing to put 8-10 hours a day towards the same.
2. Should have extremely strong knowledge of programming languages as well as databases.
3. HTML/CSS, Python/PHP/Java/React.JS, RSpec, Ruby on Rails, RestfulAPIs etc.
4. Must know MVC, agile methodology, BitBucket, JIRA.
5. Must have strong understanding of UI, cross browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
6. Product development and team handling experience is a must.
7. Previous startup experience is a plus.
8. Candidate having online marketplace experience is a plus.
9. Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience is required.
10. Should have a knack for learning new technologies as well as have a real interest towards startups.
