- Ability to seamlessly work with various cross functional teams to put together a wining solution proposal meeting the customers nuances as well as technical requirements.
- Ability to appreciate organizations governance models and work within the boundaries of ethics. Objection handling.
- Ability to guide and train business team.

- PHP web applications development (CRM, CMS, Systems integration, OOP, Node, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend, Laravel)
- SDLC and Agile
- ServiceNow, Jira,
- Linux systems administration
- Database administration in Oracle and MySQL, Mongo
- Leadership skills
- Experience on VoIP softwares
- Custom PHP reports for clients (Go Auto dial, vici dial)
- Install and maintain asterisk servers
- Create AGI files using PHP as needed
- Install and maintain open sip servers
- Fix JavaScript, CSS and php errors
- Agile methodology
- Make additional php code according to client's requirements
