Responsibilities :
- Oversees all technical aspects and technological resources of an organization for the purpose of organizational growth.
- Establishes a technological vision for an organization and lead the company's technological development.
- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources.
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
- Represent the technological agenda to the management
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
Requirements :
- BCA/BSc/BTech/BE Computer Science
- 5 to 8 years as Tech Lead or similar leadership role
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- A proven track record of success in leadership positions
- Familiarity with marketing platforms, programs, and policies
- Exceptional project management and organization skills
- Solid understanding of internet and web technologies
- Experience mentoring junior developers in both programming and design
- Experience supporting and debugging production applications
- Experience with PHP, MySQL, Nginx, and Linux stack will be a plus.
- Experienced in optimizing architecture and systems for scale will be a plus.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proactive problem solver
Experience in working on :
- NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, etc
- Experienced in front- end technologies like AngularJS
- Experience in a startup environment will be a plus
