We are looking for candidate who needs to work on Zoho products like creator (In order to develop new app and/or functionalities), CRM, Desk, Books, expense, inventory, etc, and on some other products as well, Odoo, Zendesk, Pipedrive, vTiger, in order to create new functionalities/features as per the customer's need. Overall the base would be PHP, Javascript, Deluge script.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- As soon as any project is assigned to one needs to schedule the internal meeting with the RM and Salesperson/consultant to discuss and understand the scope.
- One needs to check whether the work mentioned in the scope are feasible to develop or not.
- One will be responsible to give the Timeline of each task along with the deadline of the project/task.
- Responsible for delivering the project on a given timeline.
- Keep track of the assigned task and follow up on the ticket.
- API creation and deployment
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Need to initiate the weekly call with the customer to share the updates.
- Sharing the update with the reporting manager on a daily basis.
- Need to coordinate with the client, vendors, different teams.
- Leading client meetings (online & offline)
- Must be open to travel.
Skills :
- English Communication (Fluent in English, Soft-spoken, Good writing skills)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must know the PHP Javascript
- Knowledge of Zoho Creator and deluge script would be good
- Able to run SQL queries for analytics
- Good in customer service and handling
- Good telephone, video conferencing manners

- Flexible working hours (Timing would be the standard one, but we may change it basis on the projects)
Education and Experience:
Graduated in any IT bachelor's degree (B.Tech IT, BCA, MCA)
