Principal duties and responsibilities for the position :
- Execute strategies for all development activities as suggested by the Technical Project manager or Senior managers.
- Clarity in communication with Team members.
- Experienced in Php and have knowledge of wordpress.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate the productivity of oneself and identify opportunities for improvement of systems and processes.
- Timely and efficient reporting for all clients.
- Keep the Team Lead informed of any sort of updates, issues and task status.
- Keep oneself updated with the latest trend in technology.
- Think Automation.
- Sharing feedback to the reporting managers.
- Research and analyze competitor's website, if asked to do by the Manager.
- Writing properly commented, indented code and performing unit test on the functionality.
- Develop mailers for clients. Analyze and shoot mailers and create reports.
- Keep your work documented.
