Job Description :
We are looking for a Backend Lead/Manager to join our rocketship. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of development experience, passionate to work and grow a cross-discipline team of developers and product managers. He would be expected to come up with the right scalable architecture as well as modern and developer-friendly system design which converts ideas into real products that solve actual problems of customers.
Expectations include :
- Experience developing highly scalable and available systems with the right set of the technology stack
- Experience in writing technical documentation of the system being developed for team members to refer to.
- Proficient in Java as a programming language along with familiarity with frameworks like spring, hibernate, etc.
- Experience working in a startup environment or product based company.
- Good knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL as well as no-SQL databases like Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, etc.
