About the role: This role is ideal for applicants who are currently tech leads/Laravel developers and can demonstrate a strong talent/experience for managing projects.
The role will have a dual focus :
(1) As a Project Manager for a Fintech platform in impact investment space. (70%)
(2) As a Laravel Developer to support and enhance an existing tech platform - Ekimport.com (30%)
Responsibilities as a Project Manager :
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Coordinate and work with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Responsibilities as Laravel Developer :
- Prepare and maintain applications utilizing standard development tools and server infrastructure
- Bug Fixing and adding functionalities to existing code
- Document the development process, architecture and standard components
- Skillset required: PHP coding in Laravel framework, good experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript, MYSQL, Unix/Linux/SSH and Git.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Good in communication in English (verbal, written & presentation skills)
- Team player and good in client / vendor relationship management.
