Job Description :
The position requires an understanding of product-framework concepts and environment specifics. The ideal candidate is an expert in supporting and maintaining the day to day operations by managing configurations, debugging & assisting the operations team.
- Liaise with the KAM/Customer Success team to build and maintain minor enhancements/ customizations to the product.
- The ideal candidate is an expert in MySQL, PHP and Javascript. This role requires extensive troubleshooting and maintenance skills to find issues and solutions.
- The person for this role will also have testing skills to support other developers on the team and make sure the data is flowing correctly and validating data throughout the applications and other systems.

- Ability to resolve complex situations that require a logical, analytical and methodical approach.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Taking ownership of product enhancements and delivering it.
- Debug API/Application and take remedial actions in priority.
- Collaborate with the CS team to actively develop/maintain and revise features.
Key Experiences/Achievements :
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a product development role or an operations and support role in a product company.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience required in PHP, MySQL, Javascript.
