Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand users and envision the product.
- Understand business needs and drive the designs.
- Interact with the development team and understand product priorities and needs.
- Identify the best and minimum viable features sets to be designed to give optimum user.
- Work closely with product and tech team to understand timeline and delivery challenges and be flexible to help and execute the plan.
- Collaborate with tech and QA team during the whole development process to make sure that product release is same as designed.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5 years of Web and Mobile related design experience.
- Strong programming skills in HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, Bootstrap, Ajax
- Knowledge of backend development and experience in PHP is a must.
- Responsive web design skills
- Strong programming skills in Javascript, DOM manipulation, Object Javascript
- Knowledge of at least one frontend framework ANGULAR/REACT/VUE etc is a plus.
- Has made significant contributions to the web or mobile applications.
- Links to live Website, Dashboard, Mobile Apps, dribble account, etc to demonstrate design skills.
- UG - B.Tech / B.E, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Computer Science is an added advantage.
