Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
1. 1+ years in a Flutter Full stack development role.

3. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for coding and overall application architecture
4. Comfortable in engaging in 'thoughtful disagreement' with colleagues to determine the most appropriate business decisions.
5. Good understanding of app optimization techniques and compatibility testing
6. Experience with build and deployment strategies for development, test and production environments
7. Knowledge of unit testing techniques
8. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
9. Mentoring, and supporting the team, comprised of several developers with varying specialties and enabling knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team
10. Good communication skills are required to communicate with both very and little technically versed external and internal points of contact.
11. Ability to interpret and implement application and feature designs from prototypes and sketches. Good sense of UI design and UX concepts. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
12. Familiarity with the general app development and deployment process
13. Good to have Knowledge of MS SQL server/ MySQL Server & Laravel/PHP Experience
14. Knowledge of version control systems like GIT/Azure Devops
15. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
