Company is looking for a dynamic engineering leader to come and lead the technical team.
The Technical Architect will be responsible to build and lead the engineering team which would consist of Developers & QA. Contribute to all aspects of the services under the team's ownership, which includes design, implementation, refactoring, automated testing, deployment, upkeep and improvement of the services over multiple projects. Should have expertise in working on Mongo, Express, React.js & Node.js (MERN) stack with excellent JavaScript experience. Past or current experience on php will be a major plus point.

Job Role
- Experience of delivering full-stack solutions across multiple technologies
- Extensive experience on working on MERN stack
- Experience working on express GraphQL & Apollo GraphQL is preferred.
- Should have sound knowledge on design patterns, familiarity with different architectures at a low level and high level
- Experience in building, designing architecting, and implementing highly scalable products and Software- s
- Should have experience in deployment over the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Should have hands-on experience with a Docker / Kubernetes based micro services deployment and be familiar with DevOps CI/CD principles.
- Must be able to optimize the processes and quality of existing projects
- Coach, mentor team members by engaging in code review to improve code quality and promote TDD/BDD approach
- Proven technical leader within an Agile development environment
- Solid software development fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, problem solving, OO design, and system architecture).
- Good experience working & managing with Git and its related release work flow
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
Desired Skills
- Should have at least 5 to 7 years of professional experience
- Have an intense passion for building software and mentoring their teams Experience in security best practices for software and data platforms
