Core Job Duties :
- Collaborate with business partners, product leaders to develop system architecture, and solutions aligned with product roadmap goals
- Lead a team of architects and mentor technical teams on realization of system design and solutions
- Review and validate technical design details against given functional requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, development teams, and Quality Assurance to ensure software meets system, functional and performance requirements and adhere to corporate polices such as security and privacy
- Manage System Environments, configurations, architecture artefacts, recommend solutions to complex engineering problems
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, as well as in an Agile development environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent technical leadership and extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks across multiple disciplines
- Provide problem resolution support, specific to application issues; identifies and resolves problems in application software, determines symptoms and ensures accurate problem definition
- Hands on development experience, and contribution to the overall software life cycle including participating in code reviews, setting coding standards and introducing new technologies to the team
- Experience in communicating with end clients, business users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Essential Qualifications :
- B.Tech in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 12+ years of experience in architecting enterprise platform & product development with the use of a wide array of technologies, algorithms and data structures
- Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
- Hands on experience on Java/J2EE, Drupal, PHP, Perl, Databases like MySQL, Postgre
- Desirable to have experience on Angular/React, JavaScript, NodeJS
- Experience integrating front end systems with backend services
- Knowledge of cloud technologies is highly preferred (AWS will be an advantage)
- Knowledge in Content Management Tools, CI/CD Deployment workflow, and Data Warehouse and Data Analytics tools like Tableau
