Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, Architecture, Scalability, server- side engineering, UI and all other technological aspects of the platform.
- Scaling technology infrastructure to support rapid customer /data growth.
- Build a culture of engineering excellence in the team through smart hiring and mentoring.
- Build, manage and groom a high performing and collaborative team.
- Deliver platform technology and create an ecosystem of applications and services across multiple verticals and solution offerings.
Requirements :
- BE/B Tech/ME from IIT/NIT/REC/BIT's or other top tier colleges with 6+ years of work experience working on scalable and high performance web based products.
- Managed engineering team i. e mix of Developers / QA / Mobile/ Product/ Devops Cloud Architecture Experience - AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Hands on with with java/python/node. JS/PHP, javascript, SQL, No SQL, Kafka, elastic search.
- Prior experience with NodeJS, Express, ReactJS, React Native and Redux is must.
- Sound understanding of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to NoSQL systems like Redis/MongoDb is good to have.
- Experience scaling existing systems/platform
- Worked with B2B/B2C product companies in the past
