Job Responsibilities and Requirements :
- Implement high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Designed and built to last and to scale.
- You will code and enable and guide your team for agile delivery and quicker time to Market, cross collaborating with all stakeholders
- Study the API design and give feedback on the structure for optimized implementation on the app.
- Identify new libraries/patterns/platforms that we should study/adopt in order to continuously improve our architecture.
- Prototyping new features and wire-frames cross-functionally with the product team.
- Work closely with Product Management in defining the scope prioritization and developing a cohesive schedule/plans across the company to deliver on your programs.
- Work closely with Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to planning and road-maps.
- Contribute to OKRs and Tech org performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6-7+ years of hands-on Technical and coding Experience out of which atleast 2-3 years of - Program Management experience in the E-commerce Domain.
- Experience with Marketplace development and marketplace Apps would be an added advantage.
- Extensive experience in Magento 2, PHP, Java, CSS, KnockoutJs, Bootstrap, React and NodeJs, SQL, PWA Technologies.
- Can imagine an entire process flow and execution strategy before putting it down in Sprints.
- Seasoned in use case analysis, conducting JAD sessions, process mapping and decomposing Epics into Features and Technical Stories.
- Responsible for scope prioritization, building schedules and translating the Business Requirements into Engineering Consumable One Pager Specs.
- Superb communication, influencing and relationship building skills, with enterprise level experience of working with senior management.
- Background in Service Oriented Architecture implementation along with technical program delivery experience.
- Self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity in scope, and has skills to build high level solutioning.
- High degree of proficiency within all phases of Software Development Process.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
