Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Strong understanding of core WordPress functions, hooks and Database Tables.
- Strong command in building own or customize existing WordPress Plugins and Themes.
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML and/or WordPress pages
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and SVN
- Developing, maintaining and optimizing secure, reusable and scalable websites.
- Work closely with the architects to develop the best technical design and approach for new application development.
- Landing page creation with contact form, data layer variables import to email
- Page performance optimization: load speed, multiple scripts handling, compression techniques and can work using GTMetrix tools, etc.
- Knowledge of basics of attributes: alt tags, meta tags, og tags, schema tags, etc
- Experience in building AMPs is a plus
- Should have problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking abilities along with independent handling of the tasks.
- Ability to work to deadlines
