Senior Web Developer (with IOT experience) : Job Description
Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Programming languages : PHP, Python, JavaScript & Java
- Web Front end technologies: HTML, HTML5, Angular, Angular2, Type script, JQuery and CSS, AJAX, JSON, WebSockets
- Web Back end technologies: Node JS & DJango (and any frameworks like Express or Strongloop etc.)
- Databases : MySQL, no SQL like MongoDB, DynamoDB
- Expertise in Core Java
- Expertise on Springs & Hibernate
- Basic understanding on Wordpress (CMS tool) is preferable
- Design and develop back-end microservices and REST APIs for connected devices, web applications, and mobile applications
- Production experience creating a NoSQL schema and managing scaled access to a NoSQL data store
- Messaging systems (RabbitMQ, MQTT, ZeroMQ)
- Good understanding on accessibility and security
- Good understanding on authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments
- Good understanding on design principles of scalable applications
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Experience in designing applications using Object Oriented Methodology (OO Programming), creating Design Patterns (Singleton, Session Fa- ade, MVC, Value Objects, DAO etc)
- Expertise on creating Webservices for integrating different web applications
- Must have working knowledge and experience on, Data compression techniques, Code Optimization and web application security systems
- Should have good logical and analytical skills
- Should have good written and oral communication skills
- Working experience on Apache Tomcat web server hosting
- Working experience on cloud hosting solutions like AWS / AZURE / IBM
- Working experience on Agile / Scrum methodology
- Good understanding of different OS (CentOS, Linux, UBUNTU) servers
