- Hiring for PHP Developer Lead /PHP Developer
- Candidate Must be Good in English

- Technical lead with at least 5+ years of experience in hands on designing and implementing complex systems, including developing solutions from scratch.
- Full stack development experience of 7+ years.
- Experience of leading/working through complete end to end SDLC processes for at least 3 or more projects in Agile delivery model.
- 3+ years leading a team of developers and delegating technical requirements
- Develop, manage, and operate software in the production environment
- Must have a background as a developer
- Extensive development experience with REST, SOAP, JWT and JSON based API design and API security.
- Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter and any of the CMS - (Wordpress/Shopify/Joomla).
- Experience in designing web applications using any of the JavaScript frameworks with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap.
- Solid hands-on experience in architecting open API development, SOA concepts. Ability to create SOAP and REST based service interfaces using Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platform to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable integration API code.
- Master in PHP and SQL.
- Experience working with SQL, Database design, query optimization and reporting.
- Experience working with source control tools like TFS, GIT etc.
- Must know Data Structures and implementation.
- Review code & control code quality.
- Understanding of PHP design patterns and Design principles along with implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field .
- The goal is to provide a framework for the development of a software or system and guide development team that will result in a high-quality IT solution.
Responsibilities :
- Review code of every project where team members are working and make sure we are following best practices.
- Work on complex problems and implement right solution along with best practices.
- Communicating with client and keep them up to date with daily progress.
- Maintaining documentation of Projects where team is working on and if possible write unit tests.
- Delivering efficient solution.
- Perform Technology spike and research on areas where multiple approaches need to be validated.
- Lead the team of developers.
- Provide technical expertise for evaluating Build vs Buy decisions
- Evaluate new technologies and build POCs.
- Gather required technology inputs, make required Assumptions, develop High level Architecture and detailed Technical Design.
- Define API or Database Modeling best practices in critical areas.
- Work with the development team to prepare/review detailed Technical Design, do code reviews, ensure delivery as per committed estimates with high Quality.
