The Job
Mentoring and managing a team of developers, you will be responsible for :
- Building a high-quality web application from scratch with responsive and adaptive web page implementation.
- Identifying and communicating best practices for frontend engineering.
- Designing, building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Managing software development lifecycle as per the requirements
- Communicating with clients for requirement gathering, analysis and feedback.
- Advising and recommending means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
- Documenting the development process, architecture, and standard component
- Preparing and maintaining all applications utilising standard development tools
- Leading the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
- Conveying effectively all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
The Profile
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have prior experience within a Software Engineer or similar role, with excellent knowledge of PHP based MVC frameworks like Laravel.
- You have experience in handling a team & client management.
- You have a solid understanding of Database concepts, RESTful API development standards and working knowledge of MySQL.
- You possess good knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript.
- Prior experience with managing Linux servers & AWS/GCP is required
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You pay excellent attention to detail and are able to familiarize and learn new software/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.
