The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Programming using HTML5, CSS, PHP, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Database/schema designing
- Designing the interchange of data between the server and the client using RESTful API structure.
- Writing server-side web application logic and backend components
- Connecting the application with other web services & supporting the frontend developers.
- Building efficient, testable & reusable PHP modules.
- Working in LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP).
The Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience building web applications using PHP frameworks.
- You have demonstrable experience with PHP Laravel/CodeIgniter/WordPress/Magento/Moodle including OOPS, security, refactoring & design patterns.
- You possess knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
- You have an understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
- You have knowledge of version controlling systems like Git, a clear understanding of Git flow workflow, repository management tools like BitBucket as well as overall CI/CD process.
- You have a strong knowledge of cloud servers (AWS), related services and server administration like setting up Apache/Nginx, php-fpm, Google-SMTP etc.
- You have outstanding communication skills.

- You are a strong team player and can liaise with various stakeholders.
