Position : Team Lead - Web Development
Experience : 8 to 10 years
Location : Saket, New Delhi
Job Responsibilities :
- Designs, codes, and maintains hosted client/server and web applications with a focus on high product availability, optimum performance, and security.
- Build innovative state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience.
- An appreciation for clean, reusable and well-tested code, code that you can be proud of and are comfortable sharing with.
- Performs thorough debugging and unit testing of code before turning it over to Quality Assurance (QA).
- Supervising Tech Team members for ongoing Project Development.
- Responsible for delivering end to end solution for assigned Projects.
- Candidate should have academic BE/B.Tech/MCA in CS/IT/EE/EC.
Minimum Requirements :
- 6 to 8 years of PHP experience.
- Working experience JavaScript/JavaScript library /frameworks such as Bootstrap, React.
- Strong experience in designing database.
- Working experience with the full LAMP stack.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs
- Experience working with MVC/HMVC frameworks (Code igniter, Slim)
- Strong experience of JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Working knowledge of AJAX, JSON and Payment Gateway.
- Working experience with Top Payment/SMS Gateways integration.
- Familiar with data encryption/Decryption in Web applications.
- Strong background in HTTP, networking, and security.
- Excellent working knowledge of Web application development
- Experience in UI Development is added advantage
- Experience with AWS services (EC2/S3) would be added advantage.
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Experienced candidate who has practically worked on E-commerce websites using the Core PHP.
- Experience of working with version control, bug tracking, continuous integration and other productivity enhancements software like Git, SVN, Bugzilla, Jira etc.
- Knowledge in Java would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Android/iOS mobile application would be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent spoken/written communication skills (English)
- Should have good Logical thinking and interpersonal skill
- Independent contributor as well as team player.

- Location : Will be based in the Head Office in Delhi.
- Reporting structure: Will report to the Head of Engineering.
