Job Description:
- We are looking for a PHP Developer with 4 to 6 Years of PHP Object Oriented Development Experience.
- He/She will be responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
- Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
Responsibilities:
- Be a contributing member of the agile team aiding the efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Assist in documentation, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation for software.
- Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
Skills And Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
- Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases and their declarative query languages
- Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
- Experience of any MVC framework
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Knowledge in 3rd Party API's (Google Mail/Maps, Yelp, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
- Experience in Smarty, Bootstrap Framework will be added advantage.
