Job Requirements :
- Provide strong technical leadership and hands-on involvement with PHP (5 and above), wordpress, MySQL, JQuery, CSS3 & HTML5.
- Responsible for implementing best practices for project delivery.
- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality customer deliveries.
- Own all major and minor project releases for the engineering team.
- Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback in Development.
- Advising on and coordinating the team's technical activities.
- Identifying and owning architectural and other technical challenges.
- Ensuring the non-functional requirements are achievable and subsequently met.
- Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice.
- Resolving technical issues for new implementations/enhancements.
- Imbibe and represent our culture, core values and ensure the behavior and feedback is cascaded through the organization.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team by demonstrating an understanding of business, markets, and industry trends and needs.
Desired Skills :
- Hands-on experience AngularJS/Angular.
- Experience in using Git, AWS, Agile methodologies, RESTful web services, CSS, HTML5.
- Good to have team handling experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the role of a Web Developer at technology and product development teams.
- Experience of working in a globally distributed development model.
- Track record of delivering high-performance products.
- Domain - digital - HR domain, E-commerce, marketing, social, mobile, Web (PHP, AngularJS, WordPress, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 & CSS3)
