Digital Banking team at AU Small finance bank has a Digital solutions team that is responsible for coming up, ideate and get various projects, products implemented in line with digital roadmap of AU Bank as well as various key digital transformation projects impacting sales and business.
Job Role :
- We are looking for a website owner who could own a company-wide website www.aubank.in with full bound ownership comprising content, design and usability.
- The candidate would be involved with ideation, management and execution of all aspects of a website in line with content, design, features and webpages. The incumbent would be deeply engaged with the website vendor for executing various developments and changes required on the website.
- The incumbent would enrich the website with improvements on the lines of usability, navigation, content, design, click - responses. The candidate would ensure website visitors get all details in the right manner and owns visitor experience completely.
- The incumbent would be responsible for the coordination of front end and back end development of web pages. This person should able to value add discussions of web programming (like PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS - though knowledge of these programming knowledge are not a must for this role) and esthetics like understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color, font choices, and so on.
- The incumbent should have experience with responsive and adaptative design and layouts of webpages. An understanding of web development process including design, development and deployment is preferred.
- Collaborate with internal (like IT team, Business team, enablement teams like credit, risk, customer support) and external stakeholders (like a partner, technology vendors, etc).
Experience/Skillset Required :
- Experience with various web analytics tools like google analytics, omniture, etc
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience in designing, managing and owning responsive design websites and collaborated with design and digital customer experience vendors
(Not necessary but beneficial, if the candidate has knowledge of)
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Experience with Oracle web center, exposure on cloud hosting, WAF, CDN, etc
- Ability to understand and convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- How to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Front end technologies like HTML 5, CSS 3, Java script, jquery
