1. Should be able to think independently and work on developments, support and maintenance
2. Strong Telecom Domain knowledge is an added advantage
3. PHP developer with front end skills HTML, JavaScript, jQuery scripting languages and SQL knowledge.
4. Java, Spring, Spring batch, JPA, ORM Framework like Hibernate or Eclipse l skills

1. Monitor system availability and performance
2. Track and handle errors in order management
3. Acknowledge receipt of Incident-related Tickets
4. Monitor Incident Tickets and provide status updates throughout the Incident lifecycle.
5. Collect system data as necessary to analyze Incidents. System data may include trace files, log files, and diagnostic information
6. Lead problem investigation, ensure timely resolution of incidents by acquiring necessary information. Diagnose underlying problems and propose Incident resolution or workaround where practical.
7. Perform post incident analysis to identify the root cause and work to develop/deploy a permanent fix.
