The Technology Specialist will be owning and deciphering the technology needs and requirements to facilitate product development, enhancement, and designing the new tech frameworks. The primary function of this exciting role is to provide leadership to build Best-in-Class Fintech organizations having full-stack capabilities. This role holder will own the execution excellence to provide Best in Class features and services to the user. This role will also steer strategic collaborations & partnerships to create a competitive advantage. The position will focus further on building an organization's tech capability and capacity to drive Process and Functional excellence, executing & delivering high quality of customer/user services.
CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Operational Excellence: Maintaining tight budgetary controls & keeping costs well within stipulated mark-up across the technology platforms. Driving the 4 Ps route i.e. Profitability, People, Product & Performance
Expansion: Establishment of new technology, product development & expansion; Lead and train the team on technological interventions including solutioning, design, test & release, and enhancements, etc.
Collaborative Skills: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in high growth, young, agile business environment.
Disruptive Thinking: The role is critical in building a strong brand by way of disruptive ideas and implementation; Identifying new ideas for products as well as to address both the short- and long-term company needs. S/He should be willing to experiment & demonstrate - out of box- creativity in one's own area.
Customer Centricity and Insights: S/He should deep dive into understanding customer behavior in an ever-changing market place; Should be obsessed with enhancing the consumer experience; Understanding consumers well and using insights to develop the strategy while also incorporating customer feedback and using that to better overall customer experience. Requirements:
- Strong technical credentials with 10+ years of software development experience with modern OOP technologies such as Java, Node.js, .NET, etc.
- Experience in Database management such as MySql, SQL Server, PHP, etc.
- Experience in transitioning the software across database and DBA in a financial service organization.
- Should have managed/liaised with the testing team (Functional + Performance testing)
- Must have experience of performance tuning in the financial service environment.
- 10-12 years of experience managing a software development team.
- Proven track record building and delivering high performance
- Experience in building Android App and web portals for payment gateway and wallet companies.
- Experience in integrating Banking API such as UPI, Bill Payments, etc.
- Prior experience of the startup will be preferred
